Ah, the Voynich Manuscript ... a classic untranslateable illustration thingy ... I'm voting it's a fraud, myself.
If it were a game item, though, I'd wager it's a book for people that want to transport themselves to the wonderful world of plants and fairies ... or at least it would list a lot of plant spells, if you ask me.
